Job Overview – Private Equity Associate:
Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000/year + bonus
Location: Montgomery County, PA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Atlantic Group is hiring a Private Equity Associate in Montgomery County, PA (Hybrid) for our client’s growing investment team. In this role, you will support all stages of the investment lifecycle, including sourcing, underwriting, execution, and portfolio management. You’ll evaluate opportunities, build financial models, and partner with C-suite executives at portfolio companies. This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven professional with private equity or investment banking experience to join a dynamic platform.
Responsibilities as the Private Equity Associate:
- Transaction Execution: Support deal sourcing, due diligence, valuation, and transaction structuring across diverse industries.
- Financial Modeling: Build and maintain detailed models to evaluate investments and forecast company performance.
- Investment Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess business potential and growth opportunities.
- Portfolio Management: Collaborate with portfolio company leaders to monitor performance and drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications for the Private Equity Associate:
