QC Chemist, Kadodara

As a QC Chemist, your role involves conducting routine and specialized chemical analyses on drymix products, including raw materials and finished goods. You will utilize techniques such as titration, spectroscopy, chromatography, and other analytical methods. Your key responsibilities include:

• Performing quality control tests to ensure compliance with internal specifications and regulatory standards.
• Documenting test results accurately and maintaining comprehensive records.
• Developing and validating analytical methods to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.
• Identifying and investigating deviations in product quality and proposing corrective actions.
• Ensuring all laboratory activities comply with safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Analyzing and interpreting analytical data, preparing reports for management and regulatory bodies.
• Monitoring and managing laboratory inventory, ensuring availability of necessary reagents and supplies.
• Coordinating the disposal of hazardous waste in accordance with safety regulations.

To qualify for this role, you should have:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a quality control or analytical chemistry role, preferably in drymix or construction materials.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in laboratory analytical techniques and instruments; experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a keen focus on precision and accuracy in testing.

Working Conditions:

• Primarily works in a laboratory setting with adherence to safety protocols.
• May require occasional overtime to meet project deadlines or urgent testing needs.
