Nagarro is hiring a Graduate Software Engineer (Entry Level) for its Noida team. Nagarro is a global digital engineering and custom software development company operating across 30+ countries, known for its flat, entrepreneurial culture and 'fluidic enterprise' model.

This is a full-time, entry-level role (0–2 years of experience; freshers welcome) ideal for recent graduates who want to build a strong career in IT Services / Software Engineering. As a software engineer, you'll work on real, impactful projects alongside experienced professionals, with structured mentorship, hands-on learning and clear ownership from day one.

What you'll do

Write, test and debug clean, maintainable code with guidance from senior engineers
Build product features and integrate REST APIs and databases
Participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups and agile sprints
Investigate and fix bugs and improve performance of existing modules
Write unit tests and help maintain CI/CD pipelines
Document your work and collaborate with product and QA teams

What we're looking for

Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms and OOP
Hands-on with at least one language (Java/Python/JavaScript/C++)
Understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and Git version control
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to learn quickly and work in a team
Clear written and verbal communication

Minimum qualification: B.E./B.Tech (CSE/IT/ECE), MCA or B.Sc/M.Sc (Computer Science). Final-year students and recent graduates may apply.
