You will be responsible for capturing and fulfilling requests from ultra-high net worth and/or high-profile customers via phone, email, and chat. Your main task will be to fulfill requests using various resources and ensure prompt, professional, and concise communication with customers. Your role is crucial in upholding the highest levels of customer service and quality. As a Lifestyle Concierge, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service with every customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently or as part of a team, you will fulfill high-profile client requests, demo requests, and other necessary tasks through various communication channels.
- Exercise judgment and discretion in handling escalated customer service issues and vendor communication.
- Strive to leave customers with a positive experience after every interaction by providing accurate and timely information.
- Establish relationships with customers, understand their preferences, and provide services as per the contractual scope.
- Initiate outbound calls as required and apply high-quality customer service guidelines.
- Utilize internet resources and current partners to fulfill requests efficiently.
- Represent clients' brands professionally and attend meetings/trainings to stay updated on client information.
- Multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of high-end customer service or sales experience in luxury, travel/tourism, hospitality, airline, hotel/guest services.
- Geographical knowledge and interest in global lifestyle experiences.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on listening and conversational abilities.
- Service-oriented with a pleasant personality and proper deportment skills.
