A Brief Overview
We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team to partner in driving business and consumer experience across all ASICS external marketing channels. The role is responsible for preparing and executing marketing strategies via paid search, affiliate marketing, and the Amazon marketplace as well as other day-to-day tasks around promotions on our owned website.
Reporting directly into the Manager, Paid Search & Affiliates, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day execution of the paid search paid-per-click (PPC) program across multiple search engines, our advertising program on 3rd party marketplaces such as Amazon, as well as assisting in communication and leading to ownership of the relationship between the company and our affiliate marketing agency. This position is tasked with learning how ASICS advertises through multiple search engines using the PPC model and how we optimize our campaigns around driving both demand and profitability across all product categories. In addition, the position involves consistent communication with the company's affiliate marketing agency around new product launches, channel-exclusive promotions, and other relevant campaigns.
The position requires strategic thinking in addition to daily time management to drive consumer engagement through our paid search, marketplace advertising, and omnichannel affiliate programs.
The Digital Marketing
Coordinator will partner with the Manager, Paid Search & Affiliates in operating the paid search program and conducting tests on certain audiences and campaign executions. You will work with several other departments within ASICS to ensure delivery of up-to-date product launches and other relevant campaigns to our affiliate marketing agency. Partnering with the marketplace team, this role will ensure proper advertising positioning of styles based upon program trends and needs of the business. This role has the opportunity to learn more about eCommerce as a whole as well as serving as a support position to three top digital marketing channels as well as our OneASICS loyalty program.
In this role, you will also be asked to learn the ins-and-outs of the brand and the different ways consumers discover ASICS through their online activities. The ideal candidate should be passionate about trends in search and in consumer shopping behavior across all demographics. This position works on the Creative/Digital Marketing team which has high visibility in the organization as the main source of driving both internal and external traffic to ASICS owned website.
This position is critical to the long-term success of our Paid Search, Affiliate, and Marketplace Marketing programs.

What You'll Do
- Assist in creating, auditing, and optimizing search and video ads for Google and Microsoft with our partners at Rithum through data analysis as well as accruing monthly marketing spend for finance team
- Communicate with Affiliate Marketing agency around product launches, promotions, and other key brand stories
- Partnering with manager on ownership of promotion submission, promotion testing, and promotional terms setup on ASICS.com
- Assisting in analysis of Amazon advertising program for entire catalog across Fulfilled by Amazon and Fulfilled by Merchant products. Partnering with marketplace team for curating targeted campaigns based on inventory position
- Maintain organized affiliate marketing calendar and communicate needs on assets and copy to internal stakeholders for delivery to agency partners
- Partner with buying and merch teams on curating promotions for the affiliate channel for OneASICS members and/or all consumers
- Analyzing product/channel level performance based on calendar to help in strategizing for future months of marketing via Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Amazon Seller Central
- Operating day-to-day functions in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Amazon Seller Central, Rakuten LinkShare, and Rithum platforms
