HR & Admin Coordinator

Job Description

· Provide HR support to the team

. Support talent acquisition by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

· Provide counselling and support to employees

· Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, including new hire orientations, paperwork, and system setup etc.

· Support in planning and implementing training programs

· Assist in performance management and employee evaluation

· Maintaining employee records and paperwork

. Compile regular reports on turnover, headcount, and other HR metrics

. Attendance monitoring, monthly attendance preparation

. Support in maintaining company guest houses at various locations

Qualification

MBA-HR, BBA or BCom with at least 3 years experience in core HR

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
