Desktop Support Engineer - Field

Job Location : Chennai , Salem and Chengalpattu

Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Desktop Support Engineer to handle onsite support and service activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and troubleshooting of Desktop, Laptop, Printer, and other IT hardware
• Basic networking support (LAN, router, switch configuration)
• OS installation and software troubleshooting
• Customer site visits for service and maintenance
• Coordinating with the service team and updating call status

Requirements

• Diploma / Any Degree in IT / Computer Science / Electronics
• Basic knowledge of hardware and networking
• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
• Two-wheeler mandatory
• Good communication skills
