Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Farm Supervisor to oversee daily farm operations, manage farm workers, and ensure efficient agricultural activities. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of farming practices, crop management, irrigation, and farm maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily farm activities.
- Monitor crop cultivation, harvesting, and post-harvest operations.
- Manage and guide farm workers to ensure productivity.
- Oversee irrigation, fertilization, and pest control activities.
- Maintain farm equipment and ensure proper usage.
- Monitor inventory of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other farm supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Maintain records of farm activities, labor attendance, and production output.
- Report farm performance and operational issues to management.
- Assist in planning seasonal farming activities and resource requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture or related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in farm supervision or agricultural operations.
- Knowledge of crop management and modern farming practices.
- Ability to lead and manage farm workers.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
