Job Description
Role Overview:
The Marketing Production Manager (MPM) plays a critical role in bridging creative vision and operational execution, ensuring marketing campaigns are delivered seamlessly, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The role partners closely with cross-functional teams, production partners, agencies, and stakeholders to manage campaign planning, creative production, localization, budgeting, asset tracking, and final delivery across APAC markets for a leading OTT streaming platform.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Strategy
- Build, manage, and track end-to-end campaign timelines across cross-functional teams.
- Plan production milestones and campaign deliverables for long-lead marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign execution aligns with business objectives.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks impacting timelines or deliverables.
Budget Management & Cost Control
- Track and forecast creative production budgets and production vendor spend.
- Review, define, and monitor costs associated with all stages of campaign production.
- Assess feasibility, production requirements, and associated costs for campaign creation, adaptation, and fulfillment.
- Ensure efficient budget utilization while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
Purchase Orders & Vendor Management
- Raise, manage, and track Purchase Orders (POs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) for production-related activities.
- Coordinate with production vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure smooth execution of deliverables.
- Monitor vendor performance, timelines, and cost adherence.
Creative Asset Management & Localization
- Partner with Planning, AV Production, and Art & Print teams to define localization strategies and workflows.
- Track creative assets throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Manage asset adaptation requirements to support local market needs and media specifications.
- Ensure alignment between creative execution and localization objectives.
Creative Production & Execution
- Oversee agency timelines and production schedules for creative adaptation and finishing.
- Provide title guidelines, brand guidelines, and available creative assets to production partners.
- Manage the adaptation and finishing of campaign assets to meet media and market requirements.
- Support execution of localized and market-specific creative initiatives.
Bespoke Production & Activations
- Manage end-to-end production processes for activations, stunts, events, and custom creative executions.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Partner with Legal teams on production-related approvals, compliance requirements, and media-related queries.
Quality Control & Asset Delivery
- Manage asset tracking and status updates across production and workflow management tools.
- Ensure all campaign assets are planned, ordered, and delivered according to schedule.
- Conduct final quality control reviews and secure all required approvals before release.
- Oversee the complete asset lifecycle from creation through final delivery.
- Manage clearance and delivery of approved assets to media owners and distribution partners.
- Maintain visibility into campaign status, asset readiness, and delivery milestones.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a key point of contact for cross-functional teams involved in campaign execution.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Production, Planning, Media, Legal, and Operations teams.
- Facilitate effective communication and alignment across regional and local stakeholders.
- Drive operational excellence by ensuring transparency, accountability, and workflow efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in Marketing Production, Campaign Operations, Creative Operations, Project Management, or Production Management.
- Strong understanding of campaign planning, production workflows, creative adaptation, and localization processes.
- Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, POs, and SOWs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent project planning, organization, and communication abilities.
- Experience working with marketing asset management and workflow tools.
- Ability to balance creative excellence with operational efficiency.
Preferred Experience
- Experience within entertainment, media, OTT, streaming, digital content, or consumer-focused industries.
- Experience managing regional campaigns across multiple markets.
- Familiarity with creative production, AV production, print production, and localization workflows.
- Experience working with global teams and distributed stakeholders across APAC regions.
