The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Executive Recruiter to lead retained searches across startups, scaleups, and high-growth global brands throughout North America.
This is a high-trust, high-impact role where you will:
- Own executive searches end-to-end (VP to C-level)
- Act as a strategic advisor to founders and leadership teams
- Go beyond the brief to shape the role and define success
- Identify and assess senior talent across Marketing, Product, Operations, Emerging Technology and growth leadership roles
- Lead client conversations, candidate processes, and close outcomes

Location
Remote, with preference for candidates based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario
