JOB TITLE: Systems Administrator-D365 & Power Platform

• *Key Responsibilities**:
• **System Administration**:
• Release management not just limited to Build preparation & deployment with azure repos and pipelines
• IP\ISV Solutions management
• Manage and maintain on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and related software.
• Perform backup and database management, including data migrations, refreshes, and archiving
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
• Perform regular system maintenance, backups, security updates, and patch management.
• Administer user access, configure permissions, and ensure data security in compliance with best practices.
• Maintain documentation of IT infrastructure, configurations, processes, and updates.
• **Power Platform Development**:
• Create workflows and process automation using Power Automate to increase operational efficiency.
• Build and manage data visualization solutions in Power BI, generating actionable insights for the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements and automation.
• **Collaboration and Support**:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement effective solutions.
• Provide technical support for end users, addressing system issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• *Qualifications**:
• **Experience**: Approximately 5 years in System Administration, with demonstrated experience in managing releases, environments and custom solutions, IT infrastructure and implementing best practices for security, reliability, and efficiency
• **Power Platform Expertise**: Proven experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, including development, deployment, and support.
• **Technical Skills**:
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 F&O; Lifecycle Services and Power Platform Workplace
