Job Description

Ardent GSI Systems is hiring a remote B2B Appointment Setter to book qualified discovery calls with gym owners and fitness business operators generating $500K to $2M in annual revenue.

This is a commission-heavy role with a small hourly base. You are not closing. You are opening conversations with decision makers and booking them onto our founder's calendar via cold phone outreach.

What You Will Do

Execute outbound cold calls to gym owners and fitness operators — this is your primary channel. Phone first, every day. Support with LinkedIn DM, Instagram DM, and SMS as secondary channels. Follow a proven outreach script and qualification framework provided by us. Qualify prospects against our Ideal Client Profile before booking. Log every call and touchpoint daily in GoHighLevel CRM. Book 3 to 5 qualified discovery calls per week on the founder's calendar. Submit a daily EOD activity report by 6pm EST every working day.

Requirements

12+ months of B2B cold phone outreach or appointment setting experience — you must have dialed businesses cold and booked meetings over the phone. DM-only setters will not be considered. Verifiable KPIs from your last role: daily dial count, calls booked per week, show rate. Experience with CRM tools — GoHighLevel preferred, HubSpot or Salesforce acceptable. You must be able to name the CRM you used and describe how you logged your activity. Comfortable with direct, blunt communication and fast feedback loops. Reliable internet and quiet workspace. Available during North American business hours, minimum 20 hours per week.

Compensation

$9/hour base pay tracked via time logging software. $75 commission per qualified booked call that shows. 30-day performance trial, no exceptions. Top performers earn $2,000 to $4,000 per month.
