<h3>About the Role</h3>
<p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Publisher Sales Director (Non-Gaming) </strong>to accelerate adoption of our SDK and monetization solutions among non-gaming apps. You will leverage strong relationships across the supply-side ecosystem, combined with a deep understanding of the mobile advertising space, to close new publisher partnerships and upsell additional monetization solutions.</p>

<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3>
<h3>New Business</h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Prospect, pitch, and close new non-gaming publisher accounts for BidMachine, exceeding quarterly sales quotas.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Negotiate commercial agreements that deliver long-term value for both BidMachine and its customers.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h3>Onboarding & Account Development</h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Build senior-level relationships with decision-makers at publisher organizations.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Work cross-functionally with Ad Ops, Product, and Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding and reliable ongoing support.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h3>Market Insight & Evangelism</h3>
<ul>

<p>Act as the voice of publishers by providing structured feedback on feature gaps, monetization trends, and competitive activity.</p>

<p>Champion the benefits of BidMachine and its broader portfolio of monetization solutions.</p>

<p>A proven and exceptional track record of closing new business with non-gaming publishers and managing a portfolio of accounts.</p>

</li>
<li>
<p>Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to build executive-level relationships.</p>

<p>An analytical mindset, with the ability to turn performance data into actionable insights.</p>
