Appodeal is looking for a Senior Python Engineer to make the team even stronger.

What you'll be doing

• Develop an OKR platform for tracking company goals
• Develop an internal dashboard for company metrics visualization;
• Design and develop our ELT platform and pipelines;
• Develop and maintain various services for internal company needs;
• Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices;
• Collaborate with other teams to extract meaningful and actionable insight from data, and explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability;
• Contribute to the existing internal wiki based on software updates;
• Write unit and integration tests.

What we expect from you

• 3+ years of experience in Python (Django) and React;
• Strong experience with RDBMS, particularly PostgreSQL;
• Strong knowledge of LLM and AI tools like Claude Code/Cursor/…;
• Ability to leverage best coding practices: clean and readable code, automated testing, code reviews, continuous integration, and delivery;
• Experience working with Docker and Docker Compose;
• Good communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience data engineering tools like DBT, Dagster, Airflow, Meltano, or similar;
• Experience working with FastAPI, VueJS.
