</ul></div><p>We are seeking an <strong>Independent Board Director </strong>with deep e<strong>xperience in performance-based advertising technology, particularly DSP platforms driven by machine learning and optimization algorithms.</strong></p> <p>This individual should bring operator-level experience from leading performance&nbsp;advertising platforms and be able to contribute meaningfully to discussions around:</p> <ul> <li>DSP product strategy;</li> <li>machine learning driven ad optimization;</li> <li>advertiser acquisition and growth;</li> <li>competitive positioning in performance advertising;</li> </ul> <p><br>This is <strong>a non-executive board position, not an operating role.</strong><br><br>Appodeal is building a <strong>performance-based DSP and advertising infrastructure platform </strong><strong>powered by machine learning.</strong><br>Our long-term objective is t<strong>o build a global performance advertising platform that enables </strong><strong>advertisers to acquire users and customers efficiently through data-driven optimization </strong><strong>and ML-based bidding systems.<br><br></strong>Appodeal operates a broader strengthen Appodeal’s ability to build a world-class&nbsp;ML-driven performance DSP.<br><br><strong>The director will contribute a perspective on:</strong></p> <ul> <li>performance advertising market
