Injection Molding Operator

Injection Molding Machine Operator- Burlington

Schedule: Full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

• 2 weeks days / 2 weeks nights
• Every other weekend required

Pay Rate: $33.57-35.57

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of injection molding experience (manufacturing/production)
• Clear criminal background check
• Local candidates only

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines to meet production and quality targets
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and respond to machine alarms
• Perform quality checks and complete required documentation
• Support machine changeovers and maintain material supply
• Record production data, scrap, and downtime
• Conduct basic preventative maintenance and maintain a clean work area
• Package and label finished products accurately
• Follow all safety, GMP, and company policies
