Job Description
Injection Molding Machine Operator- Burlington
Schedule: Full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- 2 weeks days / 2 weeks nights
- Every other weekend required
Pay Rate: $33.57-35.57
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of injection molding experience (manufacturing/production)
- Clear criminal background check
- Local candidates only
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor injection molding machines to meet production and quality targets
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and respond to machine alarms
- Perform quality checks and complete required documentation
- Support machine changeovers and maintain material supply
- Record production data, scrap, and downtime
- Conduct basic preventative maintenance and maintain a clean work area
- Package and label finished products accurately
- Follow all safety, GMP, and company policies
