About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and data-driven Social Media Manager who can handle our brand presence across all major platforms. The ideal candidate should be able to plan, execute, and grow our social media channels while driving engagement and results.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow social media channels on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Create and execute monthly content calendars and social media strategies
Plan and run paid ad campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads)
Drive active engagement with the audience — respond to comments, DMs, and build community
Analyze trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activity to stay ahead
Track and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI)
Coordinate and communicate with the internal team for content requirements and approvals
Required Skills
Proven experience in managing multi-platform social media accounts
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and other ad platforms
Strong understanding of platform-specific algorithms and content strategies
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
