Salary: $105,000 - 135,000 per year

Requirements

  • Proven ETL development experience
  • Substantial hands-on experience with Oracle EBS
  • Proficient in SQL and PL SQL
  • Experience in creating EBS integrations and APIs
  • Familiarity with federal financial systems and the G Invoicing lifecycle is preferred
  • Knowledge of audit controls, compliance, and data traceability in federal settings

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement technical integrations between Oracle EBS and the G Invoicing platform
  • Develop and troubleshoot PL SQL, SQL, EBS interfaces, APIs, and concurrent programs
  • Construct and maintain ETL processes for financial data both inbound and outbound
  • Create and oversee BI Publisher and XML artifacts as needed
  • Utilize middleware and integration components with Oracle SOA Suite or Oracle Integration patterns
  • Conduct data transformations, message generation, validations, acknowledgements, and reconciliation
  • Ensure accurate processing across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Subledger Accounting, and General Ledger
  • Implement monitoring solutions and ensure logging mechanisms are audit-ready
  • Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production transitions
  • Address production defects ensuring adherence to federal security and FISMA standards
  • Collaborate with finance stakeholders, integration teams, and external partners

We are looking for an experienced ETL Developer with specialized skills in Oracle E Business Suite to assist with federal G Invoicing integrations. This role is based in Washington, DC and is designated for W2 candidates only. A Public Trust Clearance is preferred. The ideal candidate will have hands-on development experience throughout the G Invoicing lifecycle, ensuring accuracy in both outbound and inbound processing, data mapping, and validations, while maintaining compliance with federal standards.
