📋 What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Coordinating and distributing benefit enrollment information while confirming eligibility
• Managing incoming client calls and follow-up communications
• Responding to inquiries related to coverage options with a client-first approach
• Preparing and explaining customized benefit plans using a structured needs-analysis process
• Collaborating with leadership teams to stay informed on products, services, and policy updates
