- Coordinating and distributing benefit enrollment information while confirming eligibility
- Managing incoming client calls and follow-up communications
- Responding to inquiries related to coverage options with a client-first approach
- Preparing and explaining customized benefit plans using a structured needs-analysis process
- Collaborating with leadership teams to stay informed on products, services, and policy updates
