Club Sales Manager

Location: Multi location (5 locations, primarily Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge area)

Experience Required: 6 months -2 years in sales and/or customer service

Salary: 40-60k*

• $40,000 as base salary with opportunity to earn bonuses

With our clubs continuing to grow we are looking for a passionate and energetic Sales Manager to join our amazing team. This is more than a sales role, it is an opportunity to manage a club with the mindset and accountability of a small business owner. You will oversee all aspects of club operations, from driving membership growth and delivering an exceptional member experience to managing day-to-day operations and building strong relationships within the community. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on members' lives while developing valuable leadership, business management, and entrepreneurial skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all marketing-generated and walk-in leads to recruit new prospects while proactively creating new membership opportunities through referrals, community outreach, member engagement, and organic social media efforts.
• Conduct membership consultations & club tours to convert prospects into members.
• Drive membership and coaching sales while consistently achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Deliver an exceptional member experience by creating a welcoming, supportive, and results-focused club environment.
• Build strong relationships with members to increase retention, satisfaction, and referrals.
• Generate organic leads by fostering a positive club culture and encouraging member referrals through outstanding service and results.
• Maintain an active social media presence for the club by creating and posting engaging organic content that showcases member success stories, club culture, events, and community involvement.
• Complete administrative duties, including but not limited to membership agreements, reporting, member account management, and general club administration.
• Maintaining the day to day upkeep of the facility
• Overseeing coaching sessions and ensuring coaching staff are creating an exceptional experience.
• Contribute to a positive culture aligned with Anytime Fitness values and service standards.

This is standalone role that reports to Regional Manager.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a valid G2 or G driver’s license with a reliable mode of transportation
• Must be flexible to work at all 5 club locations as per the business needs.
• Saturday availability is required. Shifts are scheduled for five days per week between Monday and Saturday.
