Position: Personal Trainer
Location: Scarborough, ON
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Responsibilities
- Conduct fitness consultations and assessments.
- Design customized training programs based on client goals.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Provide ongoing accountability, motivation, and support to clients.
- Maintain accurate client records and progress tracking.
- Actively engage with members on the fitness floor.
- Assist with club events, challenges, and member retention initiatives.
- Help promote personal training services and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Current Personal Training Certification (CanFitPro, NASM, ISSA, ACE, CPTN, or equivalent).
- CPR/AED Certification (current).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed.
- Sales experience is an asset
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
