The candidate must have experience administering probate estates including the preparation and submission of required filings with the probate court. The ability to draft both basic and sophisticated estate planning documents including those that incorporate estate and income tax planning including irrevocable trusts is required. Should have demonstrated client relationship skills including the ability to lead in-person client meetings. Must be licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Commonwealth of Virginia.
