As the first Enterprise Account Executive for Digital Native Business (DNB) in India at Anthropic, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of safe, frontier AI systems by securing strategic deals with leading digital-native companies in India. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Winning new business and driving revenue for Anthropic in India.
  • Designing and executing innovative sales strategies tailored to the India market.
  • Analyzing market landscapes and trends specific to Indian digital-native businesses.
  • Spearheading market expansion by identifying new customer segments and use cases.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to differentiate offerings and sustain a competitive edge.
  • Establishing foundational go-to-market practices in the India market.
  • Informing product roadmaps and features based on customer feedback.
  • Refining the sales methodology by incorporating learnings into best practices.
  • Serving as a market expert on Indias digital-native business landscape.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 10 years of enterprise sales experience in India with a consultative sales approach.
  • Deep understanding of Indias startup and scale-up ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and secure strategic deals.
  • Extensive experience negotiating commercial agreements in the Indian market context.
  • Excellent communication skills and cultural fluency in Indian business contexts.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity as a founding team member.
  • Strategic, analytical approach to assessing markets and capturing opportunities.
  • Passion for advanced AI systems and ethical development.
