Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our Balaghat location. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, manage project timelines, coordinate with internal teams, ensure quality standards, optimize workflows, and support business development strategies. Additionally, the role requires fostering an efficient and collaborative work environment while ensuring adherence to compliance and company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Project Management, Operational Planning, and Workflow Optimization
• Proficiency in Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills
• Ability to analyze processes and implement efficient strategies for improvement
• Knowledge of Civil Design, Structural Design, and Local Government standards is an advantage
• Familiarity with Software Development, Web Development, and Cloud services is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making capability
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
• Previous experience in an operational or managerial role within an engineering environment is a plus
