Job Description
As a Central Audit Officer/Analyst in the IQA-Central Audit team, your role involves conducting concurrent audits for processes and sub-processes within the department to ensure streamlined operations. You will also be responsible for conducting functional and departmental audits periodically, as well as special audits as needed. Maintaining proper audit documentation and ensuring audits are performed and completed as per the schedule are key aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to report timely to the Manager, draft quality audit reports, and coordinate with auditee department personnel for query resolutions. Follow-up audits to verify compliance will also be part of your duties.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in audit
- Working experience in banking or NBFC audit will be advantageous
- Commerce graduate
- Internal audit knowledge is a plus
- Good analytic skills
- Aged below 30 years

- Strong numeracy and aptitude for mathematics
- Problem-solving skills and logical thinking
