Role Overview
Ancile Inc is looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to acquire new Digital Marketing clients and build strong relationships with clients who require digital marketing services across the US market. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for Digital Marketing services through cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Identify client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Identify, onboard, and manage Implementation Partners and consulting firms.
- Develop strategic partnerships and generate business opportunities through partner networks.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
