Role Overview:

As the Global Manager - Middle East at Credgenics, your primary responsibility will be to expand the company's presence in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. You will drive sales, establish strategic partnerships, and enhance market penetration in collaboration with banks, financial institutions, fintech companies, and regulatory bodies. Your role will involve positioning Credgenics as a trusted partner for collections, debt resolution, and legal recovery solutions in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Credgenics in countries such as the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, etc.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by creating a robust pipeline of potential clients including banks, NBFCs, fintech companies, and other lending institutions.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to consultative selling, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Establish and nurture CXO-level relationships with key stakeholders like collections heads, risk & compliance teams, and regulatory authorities.
  • Collaborate with local industry associations and legal bodies to solidify Credgenics' position in the debt resolution sector.

Qualifications Required:

  • 8-15 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the BFSI, fintech, or legal tech sector.
  • Demonstrated success in driving enterprise sales and partnerships specifically in the Middle East region.
  • Sound knowledge of collections, debt recovery, regulatory compliance, and legal frameworks within the MEA financial ecosystem.
  • Previous experience engaging with banks, NBFCs, fintech companies, and financial regulators.
  • Proficiency in CXO engagement, negotiation, and consultative selling techniques.
  • Ability to spearhead strategic growth initiatives and scale operations on a global scale.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in the Arabic language would be an added advantage.
