We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer D2C who can take full ownership of our paid growth engine and turn digital spend into real rooftop solar installations.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Paid Media & D2C Lead Generation

• Own and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads — end-to-end
• Drive D2C lead generation through full-funnel campaigns — from top-of-funnel awareness to retargeting and conversion
• Run hyperlocal campaigns targeting homeowners across Nagpur, Pune, Bhopal, Indore, and Raipur
• Manage and allocate monthly ad budgets across platforms with clear ROI accountability — no budget goes unaccounted for
• Build and run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages continuously
• Set up and maintain pixel tracking, UTM frameworks, and attribution models

Performance & Analytics

• Monitor and optimise key metrics across all channels — ROAS, CPL, CTR, CAC, and lead-to-installation conversion rates
• Set up and manage conversion tracking, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards
• Publish weekly performance reports with clear insights, variance analysis, and recommended actions
• Analyse and translate data from ad platforms into actionable plans

Content & Social Media

• Manage and grow Amplisun's organic presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
• Work with the content team to develop performance-focused creatives and landing pages
• Repurpose content for social media and lead-generation campaigns
• Continuously monitor changes in industry trends and platform algorithm updates

Sales & Operations Alignment

• Coordinate with the sales team to align campaign quality with on-ground lead follow-up
• Coordinate with the ops team to align campaign timings with installation capacity
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members on performance marketing best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience — strong mandatory exposure to Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Proven track record of profitably scaling paid D2C campaigns and generating high-quality leads
• Strong understanding of full-funnel digital marketing — from awareness creatives to landing page conversion
• Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Looker Studio
• Experience with hyperlocal targeting and city-level campaign strategies
• Strong data literacy — you can slice dashboards, reconcile attribution gaps, and build a clear story from noisy data
• Startup mindset — high ownership, fast execution, and comfort with building systems from scratch

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience marketing solar, home improvement, or green energy products
• Familiarity with WhatsApp marketing, lead nurturing workflows, and CRM tools
• Knowledge of landing page optimisation, form-based lead funnels, and conversion rate optimisation tools
• Prior experience launching a D2C brand from early-stage growth
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and hyperlocal promotional campaigns
