What You’ll Do

• Design and build digital publications and responsive email campaigns in Hub Spot
• Create forms and landing pages that support lead generation and engagement initiatives
• Apply brand standards and UI/UX best practices across templates, layouts, and email experiences
• Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure accuracy, functionality, and optimization across devices
• Manage and execute email campaigns, including segmentation, list management, data hygiene, reporting, and performance analysis
• Support a high-volume environment across 30+ programs and multiple internal stakeholders
• Partner with the Marketing Automation Specialist to enhance automation strategies and operational efficiency
• Collaborate on campaign planning, creative ideation, and digital engagement initiatives
• Develop documentation, training, and support materials for Hub Spot users and related tools
• Help build scalable workflows and marketing operations processes that improve team effectiveness

What You Bring

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, marketing operations, or campaign management

Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on Hub Spot experience required, including Marketing Hub; experience with Operations Hub or Sales Hub is a plus
• Experience with other MAP/ESP platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, Mailchimp, Salesforce, Pardot, Braze, or Adobe Campaign is a plus
• Hub Spot Inbound Certification required, with willingness to pursue additional certifications
• Experience with Google Analytics, automation workflows, integrations, and emerging marketing technologies
