The American Nurses Enterprise (ANE) is seeking to hire an Email Marketing Specialist
Are you passionate about digital marketing, marketing technology, and creating impactful audience experiences through email? The American Nurses Enterprise (ANE) is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to help power strategic communications that advance the nursing profession and improve global health outcomes.
In this role, you’ll be a key contributor on the Communications and Strategic Engagement team, partnering closely with our Marketing Automation Expert and a collaborative group of marketers and engagement specialists. What You’ll Do
- Design and build digital publications and responsive email campaigns in Hub Spot
- Create forms and landing pages that support lead generation and engagement initiatives
- Apply brand standards and UI/UX best practices across templates, layouts, and email experiences
- Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure accuracy, functionality, and optimization across devices
- Manage and execute email campaigns, including segmentation, list management, data hygiene, reporting, and performance analysis
- Support a high-volume environment across 30+ programs and multiple internal stakeholders
- Partner with the Marketing Automation Specialist to enhance automation strategies and operational efficiency
- Collaborate on campaign planning, creative ideation, and digital engagement initiatives
- Develop documentation, training, and support materials for Hub Spot users and related tools
- Help build scalable workflows and marketing operations processes that improve team effectiveness
What You Bring
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, marketing operations, or campaign management
Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on Hub Spot experience required, including Marketing Hub; experience with Operations Hub or Sales Hub is a plus
- Experience with other MAP/ESP platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, Mailchimp, Salesforce, Pardot, Braze, or Adobe Campaign is a plus
- Hub Spot Inbound Certification required, with willingness to pursue additional certifications
- Experience with Google Analytics, automation workflows, integrations, and emerging marketing technologies
