▸ Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable as priorities shift
▸ Excited by the challenge of turning raw data into a story that drives client decisions
PLATFORMS & TOOLS YOU'LL WORK WITH
- Stack Adapt
- DV360 / GAM
- Meta Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Google Ads
- Looker Studio
- Datalytica (internal visualization tool)
- Proprietary DSPs
Familiarity with these platforms is an asset; a demonstrated ability to learn new AdTech tools quickly is essential.

▸ Oversee and actively monitor live campaigns across DSP and social platforms to ensure delivery, pacing, and performance align with client KPIs
▸ Execute campaign trafficking, QA, and launch readiness checks

Audience Strategy & Targeting
▸ Map, draw, and categorize Points of Interest (POIs) for precise audience curation and geofencing strategies
▸ Manage audience segment adjustments based on performance signals and client objectives
Optimization & Performance Monitoring
▸ Conduct ongoing optimization monitoring including bid adjustments, frequency management, and creative rotation
▸ Assess KPI performance against benchmarks and flag opportunities or anomalies proactively
▸ Support A/B testing frameworks and document learnings for continuous improvement
Reporting & Data Analysis
▸ Extract, clean, and structure raw data from multiple ad platforms and data sources
▸ Build and maintain campaign dashboards in Google Looker Studio and Datalytica
▸ Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights for client-facing reports
▸ Deliver regular reporting cadences with accuracy, consistency, and a client-first perspective
