Responsibilities

• Operate heavy farm machinery such as tractors, plows, harvesters, and irrigation systems with precision and safety.
• Assist with animal husbandry tasks including feeding, watering, grooming, and health monitoring for livestock such as cattle, pigs, sheeps, and goats.
• Handle animal care responsibilities with compassion and attention to detail, ensuring proper handling and safety for both animals and staff.
• Support crop growing activities by planting, watering via irrigation systems, pruning, and harvesting.
• Use hand tools and farm machinery effectively while adhering to safety protocols; perform heavy lifting when necessary for equipment or supplies.

Skills

Open to taking on a new-hire with little to no experience that shows interest and a drive to learn.

• Proven supervising experience or ability to lead small teams in a farm setting.
• Animal husbandry skills including animal handling and care across various species.
• Knowledge of farming practices such as planting and horticulture.
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
