Our ticketing system platform helps global business travelers book flights, trains, and more travel options around the world. In this role, you'll play a critical part in system imaging, issue resolution for hardware and software, and managing assets and vendors. If you have experience in Windows and Mac OS support and a passion for the travel industry, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

✅Manage ticketing system within SLAs, prioritizing critical tickets by business impact

✅Provide on-site and remote support for Windows/Mac/Network environments

✅Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system failures cost-effectively

✅Maintain IT hardware repair and OS management expertise

✅Improve support processes and coordinate with third-party vendors

✅24×7 rotational support environment

What We're Looking For

✅2+ years enterprise desktop support experience

✅Bachelor's in computer science or technical certification (preferred)

✅Windows, Mac OS, Office Suites, Active Directory expertise

✅Travel/reservation systems knowledge (Sabre, Apollo, Galileo)

✅Strong documentation and communication skills

✅Detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about quality
