Job Summary
The Facility Manager is responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety This role combines technical, administrative, and people-management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations including housekeeping, security, CCTV Surveillance, and utilities.
- Manage maintenance activities, AMC vendors, and timely resolution of complaints.
- Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and statutory regulations
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance
- Negotiate contracts and monitor service quality
- Handle AMC schedules and breakdowns
- Address complaints and service requests
- Supervise facility staff, technicians, and site supervisors
- Maintain logs, MIS reports, incident reports, and compliance records
- Vendor and people management
- Problem-solving and decision-making.

5–8 years in facility/property management (real estate preferred)
