Looking for candidates with strong communication skills, client handling experience, and passion for real estate sales.

Responsibilities

• Handle property enquiries and client meetings
• Schedule and manage site visits
• Follow up with leads and close sales
• Coordinate with channel partners and buyers
• Maintain CRM and daily sales reports
• Achieve monthly sales targets as a team
• Explain project features, pricing & offers to clients

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in real estate sales
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Experience in apartment / residential sales preferred
• Must know basic lead follow-up process
• Positive attitude and team work mentality
