Your Responsibilities
- You'll develop and execute internal and external communications that align with organizational priorities.
- You'll build trusted relationships with senior leaders to support strategic communications initiatives.
- You'll manage external vendor relationships, including public relations and translation partners.
- You'll lead communications planning and coordination for the Annual General Meeting and other key corporate events.
- You'll research, plan, write, and deliver high-quality communications while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications or a related communications role.
- Post-secondary education in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, planning, and project management skills.
- Experience supporting senior executives and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfort using AI tools to enhance productivity and communications workflows.
- Experience within financial services or another regulated industry is considered a strong asset.
