Junior Marketing & Content Writing Executive

As a Junior Marketing & Content Writing Executive at AlphaCore Technologies Pvt Ltd, your role will involve creating high-quality content and supporting integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, write, and edit content for websites, blogs, social media, emailers, brochures, and other marketing collaterals.
• Develop and execute content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to create relevant, value-driven content.
• Optimize content for SEO, including keyword research and on-page recommendations.
• Support lead-generation campaigns through email content, landing pages, and promotional copy.
• Collaborate with designers and marketing managers to conceptualize visuals and layouts.
• Monitor content performance (website traffic, engagement, email open rates, etc.) and suggest improvements.
• Maintain brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency across all communication touchpoints.

Skills Required:

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a flair for persuasive copy.
• Experience with digital marketing channels (website, social media, email).
• Basic understanding of SEO and content-marketing best practices.
• Ability to work under deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to feedback.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, English, Journalism, or a related field.
• 24 years of experience in content writing, digital marketing, or integrated communications.
• Familiarity with tools such as MS Office, Google Docs, and basic social-media or email-marketing platforms.
• Portfolio of published content (website, blogs, social media, or marketing campaigns) is preferred.
