Job Summary
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Extensive hands‑on experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats in a regulated organization.
- Strong understanding of promotional material review processes (MLR/PMR/PRC).
- Experience acting as a product or platform lead translating business needs into system solutions.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, IT, and agencies.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day performance, configuration inputs, and enhancement prioritization for Veeva Vault PromoMats.
- Translate promotional review business needs into clear system requirements and configuration recommendations.
- Partner with IT on system releases, upgrades, and new capability rollouts; assess business impact and support readiness activities.
- Optimize PMR workflows, submission standards, routing, and approval processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Troubleshoot operational issues affecting timelines and quality, driving continuous improvement.
- Act as a PromoMats subject matter expert supporting internal teams and external agencies.
- Contribute to training, documentation, change management, and governance initiatives.
- Define and deliver dashboards and metrics to monitor review performance, bottlenecks, and adoption.
Pay: $40.00 - $48.00 per hour
