Key Responsibilities:

Supply Planning & Procurement

• Define and manage material supply schedules to support production plans and customer demand.
• Coordinate component forecasting, purchasing, and material ordering activities.
• Maintain supplier relationships to ensure continuity of supply and service levels.
• Manage order transitions and supply scenarios to improve delivery performance.

Inventory & Operational Excellence:

• Drive initiatives to improve efficiency, inventory accuracy, and service levels.
• Maintain inventory targets while supporting customer delivery commitments.
• Develop alternative sourcing or supply solutions for material shortages.
• Identify root causes of supply disruptions and implement corrective actions.

Systems & Process Management:

• Maintain SAP planning parameters for assigned product / material areas.
• Execute change management activities in line with regulatory and site requirements.
• Support product launches, transfers, divestitures, and lifecycle planning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with leadership, manufacturing, technical teams, procurement, and business stakeholders.
• Communicate supply risks, mitigation plans, and business impacts effectively.
• Build strong internal and external relationships to drive performance.

Must Haves

• 5+ years of total professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience

in Product Supply disciplines such as:

Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality

• Industry experience in:

Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG / Consumer Goods

• Strong materials planning and inventory management experience.
• Experience handling complex procurement or supply challenges.
• Strong analytical, operational, and financial decision-making skills.
• SAP planning / ERP system experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Product launch / transfer / divestment planning experience.
• Regulatory environment experience.
• Advanced Excel / reporting skills.
• Lean / Continuous Improvement background.
• Supplier performance management experience.
