Software Engineer, Associate (BLR)

In this role, you will be a core member of the Business Operations team, responsible for building data-driven insights, developing automation solutions, and enabling scalable business processes across the firm. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design and deliver technology that directly supports business growth and operational excellence. • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using modern architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven systems).
• Build and enhance APIs and integration frameworks to support internal and external system connectivity.
• Contribute to the data abstraction layer that unifies multiple systems of record.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, observability, and fault tolerance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and business teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Participate in application development, testing, deployment, and operational support to ensure system stability.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
• Support architectural decision-making and technology standardization efforts.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve automation, reliability, and developer productivity.
• Demonstrate a strong self-starter mindset with the ability to independently investigate, learn, and solve complex problems.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Applications (B.E., B.Tech, MCA, or BCA) with 4–6 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, Web/REST APIs, Entity Framework, and at least one relational database (e.g., SQL Server).
• Solid understanding of data modeling, API design, and system integration.
• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Working knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Mendix or other low-code platforms is a plus.
