Position: Spa Manager

We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and result-oriented Spa Manager to lead the operations of a luxury spa at a prestigious 5-star hotel near Mumbai Airport. The ideal candidate should possess strong operational knowledge, team leadership capabilities, luxury hospitality understanding, and a passion for wellness.

Key ResponsibilitiesSpa Operations & Guest Experience

• Oversee daily spa operations ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Maintain luxury hospitality and wellness standards aligned with 5-star hotel expectations.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure service recovery where required.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, grooming, and SOP compliance across the spa.

Revenue & Business Development

• Drive spa revenue through memberships, promotions, upselling, and local marketing initiatives.
• Develop strategies to increase both resident and non-resident guest business.
• Coordinate with hotel teams including Front Office, Sales, F&B, and Concierge to maximize spa visibility and conversions.
• Monitor daily sales, occupancy, therapist productivity, and retail performance.

Team Management

• Lead, motivate, and train spa therapists and spa associates.
• Conduct regular training sessions on guest handling, wellness therapies, retail selling, and luxury service standards.
• Manage duty rosters, attendance, discipline, and performance evaluations.
• Create a positive, professional, and wellness-focused work culture.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, retail stock, operational supplies, and vendor coordination.
• Prepare MIS reports, revenue reports, and operational analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and hotel operational standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury spa or hotel wellness operations.
• Prior experience in a 5-star hotel spa preferred.
• Strong communication and guest relation skills.
• Leadership mindset with excellent team handling abilities.
• Sales-driven approach with operational discipline.
• Knowledge of spa software, scheduling, and reporting systems.
• Well-groomed personality with professional conduct.
