What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify and research startups, small to medium size organizations, HR leaders, and decision-makers
  • Reach out via LinkedIn, email, and calls
  • Start conversations and generate interest in AiRoHire
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for the founding team
  • Personalize outreach (no copy-paste messaging!)
  • Track your work in CRM tools and improve based on feedback

Who Should Apply

  • Final year students or recent graduates (any stream, business preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (spoken + written English)
  • Interest in sales, startups, or SaaS products
  • Self-driven, proactive, and willing to learn
