Financial Analyst - Product

Role Overview:

Bharti Airtel Limited is seeking a Senior Manager in Finance to join the team as a business partner for Airtel Digital. In this role, you will be actively involved in decision-making processes for businesses operating under Airtel Digital. Your primary responsibility will be to provide insightful analysis to drive penetration for new businesses and revenue streams. This role offers high visibility to top management and requires a proactive approach to financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with ADL businesses including Airtel IQ, Airtel-Ads, and Video Surveillance to collaborate with business heads on customer pricing, agreements, and operational procedures.
• Advise the ADL CEO on financial transactions, P&L health, and contribute to the preparation of monthly flash reports, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Ensure accurate monthly P&L closing, reporting of SoS variance to FP&A team, and monitoring of financials and KPIs for stakeholders.
• Drive cost efficiency through detailed evaluation of business proposals, cost levers analysis, and establish a robust reporting framework for digital businesses.
• Maintain timely reporting of segment-level P&Ls and Key KPIs, hold business units accountable for key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications Required:

• Knowledge of Finance Principles and Accounting principles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Educational Qualifications: MBA from Tier I Institute, B-tech / CA, MBA from tier-1 institute.
• Work Experience: 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
