As a Marketing Automation & CRM Specialist at Aimstorms Advertising Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve streamlining customer journeys and optimizing lead management systems through strategy, automation, and data-backed execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement WhatsApp marketing funnels
- Create automated workflows for lead nurturing and follow-ups
- Set up chatbot sequences and conversational journeys
- Optimize response flows to improve conversion rates
- Develop and execute email automation campaigns
- Build lead nurturing sequences and drip campaigns
- Segment audiences based on behavior and engagement
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize open/conversion rates
- Integrate CRM systems with marketing tools and ad platforms
- Structure lead pipelines and automation triggers
- Advise clients on CRM best practices and workflow optimization
- Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and lead management
Qualifications Required:
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API / automation platforms
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, etc.)
- Strong understanding of lead funnels and customer journeys
- Analytical mindset with performance optimization skills
