Job Summary

Purchase Manager will be responsible for planning, controlling, and executing all procurement activities. Ensuring timely availability of quality materials at the best price is the key objective.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement of construction materials (cement, steel, sand, electrical, plumbing, etc.)

• Vendor identification and rate negotiation
• Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (PO)
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to sites
• Quality and quantity verification of materials
• Cost control and budget management
• Vendor performance tracking and relationship management
• Inventory and stock management
• Invoice verification and payment coordination
• Maintain purchase records in ERP / Excel

Qualification:

Any Graduatiate

Tally knowledge required

Experience

5+ years in procurement (construction industry preferred)
