Agilus is recruiting for a Print Project Coordinator/Manager in the custom and print manufacturing industry in Paris, Ontario.

A day in the life:
- Understanding project briefs and timelines, ensuring a clear understanding of objectives while collaborating closely with Sales and Account Managers.
- Monitor project costs against budget, investigating and resolving any variances.
- Partner daily with Production Managers to track the status of work orders through all stages—pre-production, production, quality checks, shipping, and installation.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and materials (e.g. finish samples) are prepared, approved, and distributed to relevant departments.
- Maintain strong, professional client relationships by providing timely updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work in tandem with Production Managers to oversee progress from start to finish.
- Own the project journey—from initial approval to final invoicing—ensuring seamless execution at every stage.
You bring:
- 2–4 years of project management experience in custom manufacturing, print and/or retail operation.
- Must have coordination experience with a physical product.
- Experience in both client-facing and production environments.
- Architectural or Millwork project management experience is an asset.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- PMP certification or working towards it is considered an asset.
- Strong problem-solving skills; ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
