Store Manager - Full Time

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the store meets its targets and standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise daily store operations Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Monitor and achieve sales targets and KPIs Train, motivate, and manage store staff Maintain proper inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and display standards Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Monitor stock levels and prevent losses (theft/damage)
