Multimedia Graphic Designer / Multimedia UX/UI Designer

Role Overview:

You will be working as a Multimedia Graphic Designer / Multimedia UX / UI Designer in the AECOM Enterprise Capabilities team based in Bangalore, India. This role will involve developing and editing videos for various platforms while ensuring they meet accessibility and user experience standards. You will collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm, storyboard, and implement design solutions, maintain and update content on digital and social platforms, and produce explanatory and promotional videos for community and corporate initiatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring all digital content meets accessibility standards, performing necessary testing and QA, and monitoring related systems to ensure their proper functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and edit videos for various platforms, ensuring accessibility and user experience standards are met
• Collaborate with teams to brainstorm, storyboard, and implement design solutions
• Maintain and update content on digital and social platforms
• Produce explanatory and promotional videos for community and corporate initiatives
• Ensure all digital content meets accessibility standards and perform necessary testing and QA
• Monitor related systems and escalate issues as needed
• Track and record reported issues for timely resolution
• Support the successful delivery of projects within given timelines

Qualification Required:

• Advanced Diploma or higher in Graphic Design or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic/multimedia design with a strong portfolio in video and motion graphics
• Proficiency in Adobe Video Editing Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Express
• Experience with Figma for UI/UX design
• Experience with video platforms such as Vimeo and YouTube
• Skills in digital art, illustration, video editing, and motion graphics
• Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools like Sketch, Invision, Figma, and XD
• Strong understanding of Design Thinking, Typography, Web Design, and User Experience Design
• Proficiency with large language models and generative AI tools including Copilot, ChatGPT, and Adobe Firefly Role Overview:
