Position Overview:
The Compliance Officer is part of the global Business Area Compliance Team and is responsible for leading compliance activities across local operations in India and to manage global initiatives, ensuring alignment with Group compliance policies and program, standards, and ethical requirements.
The role plays a key role in integration activities (including newly acquired or recently integrated entities) and serves as the primary interface between local operations and the global compliance organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements
Reviewing requirements and specifications
- Analyze business and technical requirements
- Identify ambiguities or missing acceptance criteria
- Ensure requirements are testable
Creating test plans and test cases
- Design detailed manual and automated test scenarios
- Define testing scope, strategy, and coverage
- Maintain reusable test documentation
Executing tests
- Functional testing
- Regression testing
- Integration testing
- User acceptance testing (UAT)
- Smoke and sanity testing
- Verify software behaviour against expected results
Identifying and reporting bugs
- Document defects clearly with reproduction steps
- Prioritize issues based on severity and impact
- Track bugs through resolution using tools like:

Automation testing
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts
- Build CI/CD test pipelines
- Use frameworks/tools such as:

Collaboration with development teams
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and service
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
- Help reproduce and isolate defects
Maintaining quality standards
- Ensure compliance with internal QA processes
- Recommend process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree: Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and/or equivalent experience in the field of technology
- 4+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
- Experience working with scrum process and agile testing
- Good knowledge in QA process
