  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Generate leads through Google data and data provided by the company.
  • Attract prospects to buy franchisee.
  • Plan attainment through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives, and analyzing territories for maximum sales effectiveness.
  • Provide pricing and contract support by creating high-quality and competitive proposals.
  • Monitor and analyze key sales and business performance indicators to drive strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate and ensure accuracy of sales forecasts.
  • Ensure sales process adoption and compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in sales processes and systems for greater effectiveness and efficiency.
  • *Qualifications Required:**
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Sales Operations / Sales Support role, preferably in the Pharmaceuticals / Biotechnology industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly goal-driven and able to work well in fast-paced environments.
  • Adaptable and thrives in changing environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistently delivers high-standard work.
