- Generate leads through Google data and data provided by the company.
- Attract prospects to buy franchisee.
- Plan attainment through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives, and analyzing territories for maximum sales effectiveness.
- Provide pricing and contract support by creating high-quality and competitive proposals.
- Monitor and analyze key sales and business performance indicators to drive strategic decisions.
- Coordinate and ensure accuracy of sales forecasts.
- Ensure sales process adoption and compliance.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in sales processes and systems for greater effectiveness and efficiency.
- *Qualifications Required:**
- At least 1 year of experience in a Sales Operations / Sales Support role, preferably in the Pharmaceuticals / Biotechnology industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Highly goal-driven and able to work well in fast-paced environments.
