We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Manager / Client Servicing Manager to join our growing team in Belagavi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in an advertising or digital agency environment, with a strong command of social media strategy, brand communication, and client relationship management. This is a work-from-office role based in Belagavi.
Role Description
Client Servicing & Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building long-term relationships
- Understand client business objectives, brand guidelines, and campaign goals
- Prepare and present campaign briefs, status updates, and performance reports
- Coordinate with internal creative, content, and strategy teams to deliver client requirements on time
- Manage client expectations, address concerns proactively, and ensure satisfaction
- Handle end-to-end account management, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Social Media Management
- Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies for multiple client brands across different platforms
- Create monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives and seasonal campaigns
- Oversee content creation, copywriting, and visual direction in collaboration with the creative team
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and platform algorithm updates
- Plan and execute paid social campaigns in coordination with the performance marketing team
- Track, analyse, and report on social media KPIs - reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions
- Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations
- Continuously optimise campaigns based on data-driven insights
Qualifications
- Must have prior work experience in an advertising agency or digital marketing agency
- Strong Communication skills to maintain effective collaboration with clients and internal teams
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and implement data-driven strategies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience handling multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
